WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Cook & Boardman Group (“Cook & Boardman” or “C&B”), a leading specialty distributor of commercial door entry solutions, announced today that it has acquired HCHoodCo, Inc. (“HCHoodCo” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1989 and based in Bellefonte, PA, HCHoodCo offers a broad range of products including metal and wood doors, locks, exit devices, access control solutions, aluminum storefront and curtain walls, and other related building components for non-residential applications. The Company was founded by Tom and Sandy Hood and enjoys a leading position in its core Central and Western Pennsylvania markets.
