An industry veteran, Francis is the former co-founder and CTO of Spiceworks Inc., a collaborative online marketplace that connects the IT industry.

With over 34 years of industry experience, the last 13 years were spent at Spiceworks where he helped redefine the SMB IT industry. At ScaleFactor, Sullivan will build out its robust software platform with enhanced features to empower SMBs to tackle complex back-office operations.
Sullivan brings broad software and hardware expertise that covers complex networked systems, systems management, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, analytics, containers, and container orchestration. Previous to his role at Spiceworks, he was the VP of Technology at Motive, Inc. Other prior experience includes the Principal Engineer at Tivoli Systems, Senior Software Developer at Tandem Computers, Software Analyst at Sunquest Information Systems, and Software Developer at Computer Automation. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from The University of Arizona.
