HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LINK Staffing, a national provider of recruiting and staffing solutions, has recently named four people into executive roles heading up Operations, Risk Management, Franchise Sales, and Information and Technology.
Gary Valentine has agreed to a newly created role of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and will oversee the existing Franchise Operations in addition to Company Operations.
Kathryn Mujezinovic will take a leading role in franchise sales as Vice President Franchise Sales while retaining the Marketing and Contracts department.
The restructuring of the Franchise Development department is to be more flexible and to have a team-based approach to better serve the needs of the organization as well as develop new markets.
Michelle Bearden has been named Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, where she will have a dedicated focus on mission critical risk management initiatives, Workers Comp insurance and safety programs.
Reed Garner joined the Company as Senior Director and Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, Reed will be reviewing all of the technology systems and software and help take LINK to the next level as a more nimble company that can better respond to the needs of their clients and field staff.
