CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) today announced the establishment of the Cintas Professional Development Excellence Endowment through The University of Southern Mississippi Foundation. The endowment was generously funded by Cintas Senior Vice President, Todd Gregory.
“I want to invest in young people and help pave the way for their professional future to ensure they have the same opportunities that I had,” said Gregory. “My education from The University of Southern Mississippi set me up for professional success, and I hope that many USM students benefit from this endowment.”
The Cintas Professional Development Excellence Endowment can be used for professional development, professional attire and travel funding for the more than 2,250 students in the College of Business and Economic Development. Professional development opportunities include opportunities like: etiquette dinners; leadership training; entrepreneurship training; certification courses not offered on campus (i.e. Microsoft Office); funding for conference attendance; out-of-town internships/externships; and other types of training.

Over the past 10 years, more than 100 USM graduates have been hired by Cintas. Many USM graduates hired by Cintas have ascended into management and leadership roles.
