Additionally, Ascent Care Partners’ care coaches and nurse practitioners will use the eQSuite® proprietary work flow engine for their daily work queue, patient dashboards, 24/7 care plan access, clinical tracker capability for biometric data, session notes, drug alerts and provider channeling.
