SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) leader DOCOMO Digital has teamed up with StarHub to enable carrier billing as a payment option for HUAWEI AppGallery users – a first in Singapore. The project, that went live this month, is the fourth in a series of app stores payment integration for StarHub, all powered by DOCOMO Digital.

Thanks to the collaboration with Docomo Digital, StarHub’s mobile postpaid users can easily and securely pay for digital content from a broader range of app stores – HUAWEI AppGallery, Apple’s App Store and iTunes Store, Google Play Store as well as Microsoft and Xbox Store – directly through their monthly mobile bill. As compared to other payment modes, carrier billing gives customers greater control over spending with monthly transaction limits.
