ShopOne Promotes Eric Hutchins to Senior Vice President of National Accounts

NEW YORK--()--ShopOne Centers REIT Inc. (“ShopOne” or the “Company”), a leading owner, operator and manager of high-quality grocery-anchored shopping centers, today announced the promotion of Eric Hutchins to the position of Senior Vice President of National Accounts. Mr. Hutchins, who previously held the title of Vice President and Director of Leasing, will work with newly hired Executive Vice President of Leasing, Bob Dake, to advance ShopOne’s leasing initiatives by strengthening existing and establishing new relationships with leading retail brands.

Prior to ShopOne, Mr. Hutchins served as Vice President of Leasing at Devonshire REIT, where he developed strong relationships with national tenants such as Dollar Tree, Burlington Stores and Ulta. He also spent three years as Vice President of Leasing for Timberstone Group.
