The components of the distribution announced today will be provided to shareholders of record in a separate notice when the distribution is paid. The distribution will be payable on December 26, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 11, 2018. The ex-dividend date is December 10, 2018. The previous dividend declared in October was $0.054 per share of common stock.
