Fischer Hires Chief Revenue Officer to Enhance Continued Growth

DALLAS--()--Mark Wanic has joined Fischer as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective October 15, 2018.

Fischer is a global corporate real estate services and technology provider. Established in 1985, Fischer has been providing industry leading service to many of the largest companies in the world, including many Fortune 500 corporations.

In this new role, Mark will manage overall client delivery, client satisfaction, and growth across Fischer’s global platform. Mark will report to Cliff Fischer, Founder & CEO of Fischer.

Mark brings a vast experience in global corporate real estate from both a brokerage and corporate perspective. Mark worked for Cushman & Wakefield for nine years. In his most recent role, Mark served as the head of the Americas Occupier Services business and a member of the Global Management Committee for the company. He managed the group’s goals, objectives, and financial performance across the region. His primary focus was to grow new and existing occupier clients by leveraging the company's global platform. During his tenure, the region achieved double-digit annual revenue growth. His group’s responsibilities included sales, account management, marketing, lease administration, project management, transaction management, and facilities management of global corporate occupier accounts. Mark was very active with brokerage teams to identify, sell, and win corporate accounts.

Early in Mark’s career, he held corporate real estate/finance roles at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, an AT&T spinoff company. In his last role as Director of International Real Estate, he managed 15 million square feet of real estate outside of the U.S. and was responsible for all aspects of corporate real estate—project management, transaction management, facility management, and lease administration. Mark lived in The Netherlands during his tenure in this role.

Mark also served in various global sales leadership roles both at Lucent Technologies and Computer Associates, managing channel relationships in various countries around the globe. His experience also includes, most recently, the position of CEO of Paradigm Tax Group, a national commercial property tax company located in Dallas.
