Ferguson will play a crucial role in preserving and continuing to build TaskUs’ reputation as a “people first” employer as the company embarks on another year of global expansion.

As CPO, Ferguson brings two decades of experience in HR strategies and programs for international organizations. He comes to TaskUs after spending 12 years with Chipotle Mexican Grill, where he was the Head of People Support, building a global organization with over 70,000 employees across five countries. Ferguson brings expertise in designing and implementing management programs that attract, motivate and retain top talent. His experience with a large global workforce is a natural fit for TaskUs, which is ramping up for another year of employee growth and expansion into new countries.
Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit. He is married with two teenage daughters and will work out of his Denver office spending a significant amount of time traveling to TaskUs’ global offices.
