HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monument Re announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Aspecta following receipt of regulatory approval by the Commissariat aux Assurances (“CAA”). Aspecta has been renamed as Monument Assurance Luxembourg.
