Reevemark Launched by Team of Strategic Communications Specialists

Experienced PR and IR Practitioners Advising on Value-Determinative Issues

NEW YORK--()--Reevemark LLC today announced its launch as a strategic communications advisory firm founded by five highly-experienced public and investor relations practitioners, four of whom are also lawyers.

Reevemark’s team has counseled public and private institutions over the past 20 years on value-determinative issues such as shareholder activism, M&A and other strategic transactions, litigation and crises, as well as positioning and reputational issues. Reevemark’s founders are Brandy Bergman, Hugh Burns, Paul Caminiti, Delia Cannan and Renée Soto.

Brandy Bergman, Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Reevemark, said, “There is a clear need for engaged, savvy senior advisors working directly with clients to address complex communications issues that affect reputation and valuation. From our years of in-the-trenches experience, we’ve found that ethical, candid and results-oriented strategic counsel and execution is highly valued. I couldn’t be more thrilled to launch Reevemark with this extraordinary team.”

Reevemark develops and implements tailored PR and IR programs that utilize all communications channels, including traditional media relations, digital and social media, and shareholder and employee communications. Reevemark’s practice areas include:

  • Litigation support and regulatory matters

Reevemark’s five Founding Partners concluded, “We’ve spent years working side-by-side with each other and many other top practitioners, tackling the most complex transactions and issues.
