SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NSFOCUS, a leader in holistic hybrid security solutions, announced today its newest cloud security service, Cloud-in-a-Box (CiaB), designed specifically for local and regional service providers across the globe. CiaB enables service providers to quickly deploy cloud security services with minimal expertise and without the upfront costs typically associated with creating a cloud service infrastructure.
Smaller service providers can lack the experience and resources needed to implement, manage and support cloud security services, which is why Cloud-in-a-Box includes the necessary functions needed to build cloud services from the ground up, including virtual security appliances, virtual servers, customer and provider portals, licenses, training, and support. With CiaB, NSFOCUS provides cloud web application firewall, cloud web vulnerability scanning, and cloud anti-DDoS services to protect users from cyber threats. CiaB can also be further integrated into the NSFOCUS DPS Cloud for enhanced protection and mitigation against large-scale DDoS attacks.

To help regional service providers overcome the challenges of deploying cloud security services, NSFOCUS will offer a revenue share model based on how much infrastructure a provider can offer. The revenue share partner program has three different incentive models, one which includes marketing funds provided to the partner by NSFOCUS to help generate awareness of the cloud services.
NSFOCUS will also perform installation, testing and provide continued support for CiaB users. CiaB can also be deployed entirely within a data center, in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (AWS, AliCloud, Azure, etc.) or across a hybrid of both. As service providers performance requirements increase, CiaB will scale up automatically provisioning and activating additional protection nodes.
