LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced Tom Staines has joined as a Senior Client Partner in the Consumer Advisory practice. He will be based in London.
Mr. Staines joins the firm from Accenture, where as Head of the UK&I Grocery practice, he led teams to sell and deliver retail Enterprise Resource Planning programs in front-end and supply chain transformation programs.
Mr. Staines has several years’ experience leading large-scale transformation, both in industry and consulting. He worked for 20 years in retail in roles at the UK’s largest supermarket chain, Tesco, and then at Waitrose, where he headed up the retail change program.
Mr. Staines’ roles at Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers covered: Retail & Consumer, Life Sciences, Professional Services, Industrial Products and Technology.
At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Staines sold and delivered programs across a variety of disciplines, including organizational design, functional transformation, leadership development, performance improvement, cultural change and operational effectiveness.
