(NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has signed an agreement with the city of Irving, Texas, for Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, including financial, revenue, and productivity management, as well as human capital management using Tyler’s ExecuTime™ solution.
Tyler’s solutions aim to make the city of Irving more accessible and responsive to the needs of both residents and internal staff and more efficient in its operations through:
- Streamlining, automating, and integrating business processes and practices
- Providing tools to produce and access information in a real-time environment
- Enabling and empowering users to become more efficient, productive, and responsive
Specifically, Tyler’s Munis ERP solution will manage all core functions related to financial, human resources, and citizen services and revenues. The solution will streamline the city’s essential tasks in a completely integrated system. Tyler’s ExecuTime solution will manage time and attendance, as well as advanced scheduling, offering self-service functionalities to city employees and allowing the city to closely manage overtime, job costing, and labor data accurately.
