Famous Chinese artists to bring hit songs to The Event Center

PHILADELPHIA--()--On Saturday, Sept. 1, at 11 p.m., The Event Center audience is in for a sweet treat with the first-ever Chinese show at SugarHouse Casino, starring Shino Lin and Candy Lo. Tickets for this unique opportunity to see these performers in their only East Coast show cost from $68 to $108 and can be purchased at Mian, the casino’s authentic quick-service Asian cuisine restaurant, or on SugarHouseEntertainment.com.

Formerly the lead vocalist of the band Black and Blue, Candy Lo is a Canto-rock singer and songwriter from Hong Kong who launched her solo career in 1998. Signing on with the newly founded label WhatsUp Music Limited, she collaborated with the band Fabel on the hit single “Self-Love,” which landed a spot on two of the four major Hong Kong singles charts.

Shino Lin is a Taiwanese singer and actress who began her singing career in Japan in 1990. Her first official album was released independently in 1998 and represents Shino’s lifelong relationship with music.
