“We are very excited to have Bill join our board of directors during this important time of development and growth,” said Gilad Garon, CEO, ASOCS. “Bill brings a vast amount of experience in large scale global operations with a tier 1 operator which will add tremendous value to ASOCS as we start to scale operations and expand deployments with operators around the world.”

“I am honored to join ASOCS’ board of directors and look forward to partnering with the management team as we continue to expand the company’s operations into new regions and markets,” said Bill Smith. “Operators have struggled to find more cost-effective ways to serve their enterprise customers, which is why a disruptive approach was clearly needed.
