The standard sets out the criteria for meeting the requirements of a quality management system.
Merkle RMG, which is one of the nation’s largest direct-response processing and fulfillment companies, first attained its ISO 9001 certification in 2002 and has been re-certified every three years since then as required. This year, the company’s annual surveillance audit was performed against the current 2015 standard, which features a greater focus on risk-based thinking, leadership involvement, and understanding of client and stakeholder needs, in addition to conformance to established processes and proof of continuous improvement. ISO 9001:2015 attainment ensures Merkle RMG customers will continue to receive services that are of a higher quality than industry standards.
