David Jolly joins NTC to assist with navigating the increasingly complex role that government plays in the finance industry and to spread awareness about NTC’s work and services. Jolly served as the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 13th Congressional District from 2014 to 2017, is a regular political commentator on CNN and MSNBC, and is often regarded as one of the most bipartisan elected officials in government.
