Schwab ETF OneSource™ Broadens Investor Choice with Additional Commission-Free ETFs

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Charles Schwab announced that Schwab ETF OneSource™, one of the largest commission-free exchange-traded fund (ETF) programs in the industry,1 added 11 additional ETFs to its offering effective July 3. With these additions, investors and advisors can access 265 ETFs covering 70 Morningstar Categories with $0 online commissions, no enrollment requirements and no early redemption fees.

“Accessing a broad range of commission-free ETFs is critical for investors, and we are pleased to add even more choice to Schwab ETF OneSource to meet investor demand for a diverse offering of ETFs across Morningstar categories,” said Heather Fischer, vice president of ETF and mutual fund platforms at Schwab. “Our 2018 ETF Investor Study showed that 64 percent of investors say that the ability to trade ETFs without commissions is important to them, and 54 percent of Millennial investors agree.”

The 11 new additions cover a range of categories including domestic equities, fixed income and international equities. Six of the additions fall into the taxable bond category.
