WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICX Media, Inc., a leading video intelligence platform and creative exchange, today announced it has acquired SEEN Digital Media, Inc., a social intelligence company. Built with next-generation data intelligence, ICX Media provides powerful storytelling tools for brands, media companies and independent video creators.
Since 2010, SEEN’s social intelligence system has identified top creators and applied the human touch to verify and catalog across platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter, to make creators searchable and discoverable for brands. SEEN’s broad client base will integrate with ICX Media’s creator network, which consists of nearly one million digital video creators, ranging from professional producers to emerging talent, and now some of the most highly sought-after influencers.

ICX Media, headquartered in Washington, DC with offices in New York and Los Angeles, will retain the Columbus, Ohio-based SEEN team, and plans to build out additional operations in Columbus.
SEEN was established in 2010 and quickly established itself in the media and social influencer ecosystem, working with companies such as Hilton, Pepsi, Chevrolet and Reebok.
The acquisition has closed and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ICX Media launched its offering for independent video creators in late 2016 and launched its enterprise digital marketing solution for brands and media companies in 2017. The company announced a $6.6 million Series A financing, led by a group of top venture investors, in October 2017, and has raised approximately $10 million in funding since inception.
