At the meeting, James K. Bass, Peter W. Harper, Anthony C. Humpage and Cary Sucoff were each re-elected to the Company’s Board of Directors, with each candidate receiving more than 83% of the votes cast.
In other business during the meeting, stockholders ratified the appointment of MaloneBailey LLP as the Company’s independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, and approved, on an advisory basis, both the compensation of executives as disclosed in the Company’s proxy statement and the Board of Director’s recommendation to hold an advisory vote on executive compensation once every two years.
