FARMINGDALE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation (NYSE:CHMI) (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its offering of 2,750,000 shares of common stock for total expected gross proceeds of $49.6 million. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 412,500 shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on June 4, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of additional servicing-related assets and other residential mortgage-related assets, such as Agency RMBS and non-Agency RMBS.
Morgan Stanley and JMP Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
