Senior Vice President, Health Food selected to serve on the board of Canada’s largest trade association dedicated to natural health and organic products

(“Jamieson Wellness” or the “Company”) (TSX:JWEL), Canada’s number one manufacturer and marketer of branded vitamins, minerals and supplements, announced today that Thomas Bedford, the company’s Senior Vice President, Health Food has been elected as a Director of the Board of the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA).

As a member of the board, Mr. Bedford will be responsible for working with his fellow directors to provide leadership and oversight of the activities of the Association and will strive to represent the interests of members and the broader community. He will be a member of both the Audit and Governance & Nominating Committees.

Formed in 1964 from a grassroots community of health food pioneers, CHFA is Canada’s largest trade association dedicated to natural health and organic products representing over 1,000 member businesses across Canada. The current CHFA Board of Directors represents a wealth of experience and diverse insights from across the natural health industry. Mr. Bedford, who joins eight fellow directors on the board, will serve a three-year term.
