BigTime Software Announces 50 New Customers for its Newly Launched SAAS-Based Premier Product in the First Quarter 2018

In less than two months, the product has attracted more than 50 clients from a diverse industry base including accounting, consulting, engineering and legal firms.

Based on customer feedback, dozens of new features have been added to the product pipeline to further its advanced reporting, data analytics and business decision-making solutions. “When these larger firms started calling us with new things they thought would be ‘cool to have,’ we knew we were onto an important product,” Saunders said. Most of the enhancements added in Q1 center around three areas:

  • Accessing real-time project budgets and staff allocations without sifting through large amounts of information.
  • Projecting where staffers are likely to spend their time weeks and months in advance, to maximize underutilization, and
  • Informing clients of important budget updates and team changes in real-time.
