INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dickinson Fleet Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Fleet Enterprises with operations in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Dickinson Fleet Services, along with majority shareholder Ridgemont Equity Partners, announced the acquisition on April 5, 2018. The acquisition will expand and enhance mobile trailer repair services offered by Dickinson Fleet Services. The acquisition also provides a complement of new assets, giving Dickinson Fleet Services additional resources to service its national customer base.
