As chairman, Templeton will provide leadership to the Board of Directors, management guidance to Instart’s senior executives, and help the company to reach its full potential as the leader in digital experience management. Templeton will leverage his extensive private and public company expertise to help Instart extend its leadership positions in employee culture, cutting-edge technology, and delivering world-class service to its global customer base.

Templeton is the former director, president and CEO of Citrix Systems, the leading software provider for secure delivery of business applications and data. Under his leadership, Citrix grew from startup to global citizen, serving more than 300,000 customers, employing 10,000 professionals, and generating more than $3 billion in annual revenue. Templeton also nurtured a design-centered culture based on the values of respect, integrity and humility, earning Citrix multiple “best places to work” awards.
Today, Templeton serves as board director at Adaptive Insights, Equifax, Arista Networks and Keysight Technologies. He also advises pre-revenue and early-stage startup teams in a variety of technologies.
