SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consulting, engineering and construction services firm Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Wayne Shores to our team as Director of Program Management, Real Estate and Land Development. Based in Southfield, Michigan, Shores is responsible for managing Atwell’s construction management and program management practices, managing resources, growing client relationships and managing program client’s nationwide.
Shores brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial design and construction management. His background is founded in architectural design and construction projects, including mixed-use, retail, office, financial, restaurant, food processing, and industrial. He has the proven ability to develop and complete projects, from start to finish, maintaining a strict schedule, adhering to all building codes and ordinances, meeting desires of owners or tenants and completing projects on-time and within budget.
Shores earned his Masters of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan.
