NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE:GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a first quarter 2018 dividend on the Company’s common shares in the amount of $0.375 per share, payable on April 16, 2018 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 30, 2018.
The Company’s Board also declared a first quarter 2018 dividend on the Company's 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.44531 per share, payable on April 2, 2018 to preferred shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 19, 2018.
