Ryder Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend Due to Tax Reform

- Company Pays Dividend for 166th Consecutive Quarter -

MIAMI--()--The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain solutions, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.52 per share of common stock, to be paid on March 16, 2018, to shareholders of record on February 20, 2018. This dividend reflects an increase of $0.06 (or 13%) from the $0.46 dividend Ryder has been paying quarterly since July of 2017. This dividend increase is due to the ongoing earnings benefit expected from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. This is Ryder’s 166th consecutive quarterly cash dividend – marking more than 41 years of uninterrupted dividend payments.
