Lincoln Property Company Breaks Ground on Transformation of Los Alamitos Office Campus

Katella Office Campus undergoing major renovations to revitalize property

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif.--()--Lincoln Property Company, a leading national real estate firm with a substantial west coast arm known as LPC West, started construction on an overhaul of Katella Office Campus, a 150,000 square foot office property on 9.6-acres next to Los Alamitos City Hall. Lincoln’s renovations will bring new life to two buildings constructed more than four decades ago.

Renovations currently underway include upgrades to the exterior, common area renovations, an extensive landscaping and site beautification package, and interior renovations to create a modern, efficient workspace. The property will maintain ample surface parking for tenants.

Immediately adjacent to the 605 freeway and Katella Avenue in the heart of Los Alamitos, the property has easy access to nearby affluent communities including Long Beach, Rossmoor, Cypress and Cerritos.
