One Call and Harbor Health Systems Debut New Data Analytics and Visualization Capabilities at National Workers’ Comp & Disability Conference

Sophisticated business intelligence tools are part of One Call’s broader innovation strategy

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--()--One Call Care Management (One Call) is introducing the next step in its advancement of data analytics and visualization capabilities at the National Workers’ Compensation & Disability Conference in Las Vegas this week (Dec. 6-7).

Harbor Health Systems, a One Call company, launches the first of the company’s business intelligence tools providing attendees with a first look at the One Call booth #3101. This showcase is part of One Call’s broader focus on innovation and disrupting the status quo from all angles of claims management, care coordination, rehabilitation and patient engagement.

“Harbor Health Systems is the first One Call division to bring our advanced analytic capabilities to the market,” said Chris Watson, chief operating officer at One Call. “Big data is collected throughout the workers’ comp industry. To mine this information, we’ve made strategic investments in our IT platform and analytic tools—coupled with our unparalleled level of clinical expertise—to help clients leverage data to make better, more informed decisions. This is the first step in our progressive plan to deliver powerful data analysis and broader value to the market.”

Linda Lane, president of Harbor Health Systems, commented on the new analytic capabilities, “We’re pioneering a new data paradigm. Instead of static reports that were time-consuming to produce and outdated as soon as they were delivered, these tools deliver data with speed and agility, enabling clients to visualize the story of their program and improve performance now and into the future. Clients gain actionable insights they can use to optimize savings, create safer work environments and ensure injured employees receive the care they need to recover and get back to work sooner.”

Workers’ comp professionals will be able to visualize data through stunning, interactive reports. They’ll be able to “drag and drop” new dimensions of data into dynamic analyses and configure highly customizable dashboards to track the performance measures they’re most concerned with monitoring.

“Our workers’ comp expertise in terms of coordinating quality care, enabling cost containment and controlling the direction of a claim is layered into our new data analysis capabilities,” added Lane. “This enables us to provide clients with the story behind their data and a set of recommendations to raise their program to a new level of excellence.”

Visit the One Call booth #3101 to get a sneak peak of the Harbor Health’s new data analytics and visualization capabilities. One Call will also be showcasing other examples of how the company is disrupting industry norms through various Innovation Stations at its booth, including a look at Relay transportation, Relay video interpretation services and Polaris, a proprietary system to manage claims more efficiently.
