DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OmniTRAX and Broe Real Estate Group (BREG), both affiliates of The Broe Group, jointly announced Reagan Shanley has joined OmniTRAX as Executive Vice President, Industrial Development Group reporting to CEO Kevin Shuba. Shanley is also joining the BREG Management Committee to coordinate joint OmniTRAX and BREG development opportunities, and support BREG with initiatives within the real estate investment management business.

Immediately prior to joining Broe, Shanley was Senior Vice President at Colony Northstar, Inc. in New York. He previously was Executive Vice President at Capmark Finance, LLC, where he co-managed the restructuring and liquidation of a $2.5B portfolio of industrial, condominium, multi-family and office property and loans across the United States. Shanley also spent seven years as a Managing Director of RBS Greenwich Capital, where he was responsible for business development, origination, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management of over $4 billion of debt and preferred equity investments.
Shanley holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate. He is based in Denver.
