John brings more than 35 years of IT and industry experience, service operations understanding and deep business insight to address customer challenges. As Monolith CTO, he will lead the commitment to continue building AssureNow to help clients reduce operational costs with a unified service assurance platform for traditional and virtualized services.

John was also a change agent as Group CIO at Tata Communications. During his 17 years at Vanco PLC he progressed to become CTO, responsible for all elements of technical and operational management.
