NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Lloyd Semple and Dan Hawksworth have joined the firm’s Industrial, and Energy and Natural Resources Practices. The additions to the team, both based in Chicago, will build on Russell Reynolds Associates’ expertise in the industrial, energy and natural resources spaces.

Lloyd Semple, Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources
Semple advises and recruits C-suite-level executives for clients across a breadth of industrial segments, including diversified industrial products, automotive, oil/gas and chemicals.
Prior to joining the firm, Semple spent more than 25 years at Accenture in management consulting and held numerous leadership roles within the organization, across its change management, talent management and organizational effectiveness capability areas. Most recently, he served as Managing Director/Partner in the Talent and Organization Practice.
He currently serves as a board member for Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center’s 1871, an organization supporting Chicago’s digital startup community. Semple also is on the Board of Trustees of Shedd Aquarium and serves on the nominating committee, as well as chair of the technology committee.
Semple earned a B.A. in psychology, cum laude with a Distinction in the Major, from Yale University.
Dan Hawksworth, Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources, Human Resources Officers
Hawksworth advises clients within both the firm’s Industrial, and Energy and Natural Resources Practices and also works with the Human Resources Officers team.
Prior to joining the firm, Hawksworth was Vice President of Human Resources for Honeywell International’s Sensing and Productivity Solutions business group. He spent 11 years at Honeywell and, during that time, held various executive leadership positions in human resources, including Vice President of Human Resources for the European, Middle Eastern and African regions, Vice President of Global Staffing and Vice President of Staffing for Honeywell’s Aerospace business group. Earlier in his career, Hawksworth was a corporate recruiter at JPMorgan Chase, MCI and Technisource.
Hawksworth received a B.A. in business administration from Ripon College and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
