Premium Supply previously engaged in the distribution of foodservice equipment and supplies to restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, corporate cafeterias, and other unique venues, before being acquired by a competitor in 2016. The sale is a result of the closure of its former industrial facility in Deer Park, NY.
The sale features nearly 500 lots of foodservice equipment and supplies including refrigerators, freezers, gas burners, toasters, stoves, griddles, wine coolers, coffee makers, fine china, glassware, kitchenware, disposables and general facility support.
