UNION CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Envise, a national building systems integrator, recently appointed Jason Gladney as Vice President of National Operations and Sales. In this role, Mr. Gladney will be responsible for leading the operations and sales of the organization’s building automation and service segments across all branches, as well as spearheading metrics and strategies that help drive performance.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Gladney has a diverse background that includes areas like HVAC controls, system integration, performance contracting, thermal energy storage, building energy performance analysis, and creative project financing options. With a history of successfully leading large controls departments, he has a strong passion for energy management, automation, optimization, and controls.

Mr. Gladney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Science with Emphasis in Mechanical Engineering (candidate) at California State Polytechnic, Pomona, California. He is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers and a LEED AP Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance. Most recently, he served as a Senior Director of a facility solutions company, overseeing the strategy, operations, and business development for the building automation systems division.
