HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ntrepid Corporation, a provider of cutting-edge cyber security solutions, today announced the addition of Steven Earls to their leadership team. Earls will join as VP of Information Security Strategy, and will be responsible for leading Ntrepid’s cyber security business strategy around its existing browser security product Passages, as well as future cyber security product releases.
Earls has over 20 years of technology and information security experience in both commercial and government sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Fifth and Third Bank. Previously, Earls was the Cyber Security Architect and a Cyber CTO Officer at the CIA, where he also worked to create a Government Cyber Blue Team. Early on in his career, he worked in industry to more clearly detail processes for deploying Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) and Honeypots.
