HUDSON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, the leading fabric and craft specialty retailer, has appointed Robert Will to senior vice president, general merchandising manager, craft. In this role, Will reports to Sharyn Hejcl, executive vice president, chief merchandising officer, Jo-Ann Stores.

Most recently, Will served as senior vice president, general merchandising manager at Sports Authority where he spearheaded in-store and online merchandising for hardgoods, licensed apparel, and golf apparel. In his vice president, divisional merchandise manager role with the company, Will maintained a positive growth trend while achieving inventory goals. He also served as Chair of the assortment planning committee, in which he standardized corporate buying procedures.
Before his tenure at Sports Authority, Will held roles with Macy’s Department Stores, Dick’s Sporting Goods and The May Company.
Will is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.
