Lowes Foods & Unata win 2016 CMA Best Practice Award for Omni-Channel Experience

WINSTON SALEM, N.C. & TORONTO--()--Lowes Foods, a Carolinas-based grocer with locations in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, and Unata, the award-winning provider of 1-to-1 digital solutions for grocers, won a 2016 Category Management Best Practice Award yesterday for “Omni-Channel Experience” from Retail Leader and the Category Management Association.

Lowes Foods and Unata were granted this award for their work developing a brand new omni-channel, 1-to-1 personalized digital customer experience.
