Labbe will lead a panel discussion, “Rise of the Biosimilars: Recent Developments and Strategies for Innovators and Biosimilar Applicants for Resolving Patent Disputes under the BPCIA,” at the 2016 BIO International Convention taking place June 6-9 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Panelists will discuss recent legal developments in the field of biosimilars, including the so-called “patent dance” and litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
