CHICAGO--()--Patent litigation partner John R. Labbe will lead a panel discussion, “Rise of the Biosimilars: Recent Developments and Strategies for Innovators and Biosimilar Applicants for Resolving Patent Disputes under the BPCIA,” at the 2016 BIO International Convention taking place June 6-9 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Panelists will discuss recent legal developments in the field of biosimilars, including the so-called “patent dance” and litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA). The panel, comprised of leading patent counsel, will discuss strategies for both innovators and biosimilar applicants. Part of the Intellectual Property track, the one-hour session begins at 1:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, June 7 in Room West 3008.
