WHAT:

Cloud applications, mobile computing, video, VoIP are all changing the way data is transported over Wide Area Networks. This expert panel of carriers, vendors and end-users will discuss how and why they transitioned traffic from MPLS to the Internet, the challenges they faced, lessons learned and best practices they developed. They will also cover:
-- The types of applications and traffic that are well suited for transmission via the Internet and those that are not
-- Cost savings achieved by moving to a hybrid WAN and the impact on traffic prioritization and SLAs
-- The impact of Software Defined Networking or SD-WAN including savings, throughput improvements and reliability increases
-- The implications for network security in hybrid WANs
