CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prism Healthcare Partners LTD, a national healthcare management consulting firm, has expanded the firm’s senior leadership team with the promotion of Laura Jacquin, RN, MBA to Partner, reflecting her outstanding contributions to Prism’s growth and client service delivery.

Jacquin joined Prism in 2014 as Managing Director. An expert in clinical performance and clinical documentation improvement (CDI), she built the firm’s CDI practice and methodology. CDI is critical today as healthcare providers are compensated and penalized on quality measures and outcomes reporting. With Jacquin at the helm, Prism’s CDI team has helped clients across the country, including regional health systems and a major academic medical center, improve reimbursement, reduce penalties and align clinical operations to the revenue cycle. Jacquin also developed methodology and programs for organizations to recruit and retain top talent, a core component of successful and sustainable clinical documentation programs.

Jacquin’s healthcare career spans more than 25 years and includes experience as a clinician as well as leadership roles with both providers and consulting firms. She holds a Masters of Business Administration in finance from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
