SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending December 31, 2015 of $0.18 per common share; an increase of 12.5% over the prior dividend level. The dividend will be payable on January 14, 2016 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015.
The Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.484375 per preferred share on Terreno Realty Corporation’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable preferred stock. The preferred dividend will be payable December 31, 2015 to preferred stockholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2015.
