NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Napier Park Global Capital (“Napier Park”), a global alternative asset management firm, announced today that Ned May has joined the firm’s private equity group, Napier Park Financial Partners, as a director.

May has over 10 years of experience investing in and advising financial services businesses. Most recently, May served as a vice president at Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity, Morgan Stanley’s middle-market private equity fund, where he helped to lead the team’s efforts in the financial services sector. Prior to Morgan Stanley, May was an associate at Lightyear Capital and, before that, an analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. May earned a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
