SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pei Wei®, the fast-casual restaurant known for its bold flavors and affordable Asian-inspired menu, will open the doors to its first location in Celebration, Fla., on Nov. 2. The restaurant, at 6250 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy., will feature made-to-order dishes with high-quality ingredients in a vibrant, modern environment for lunch, dinner or in between. Guests will experience a unique variety of customizable dishes, including hand-rolled sushi and the signature Honey Seared Chicken Wok Entrée.
