(OTC: SGBY), a provider of cannabis consulting, research, data, operations & laboratory services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Anthony Smith of Medford, Oregon to the Board of Directors of its recently acquired cannabis testing facility CannAlytical Research in Bend, Oregon.
Dr. Smith is the Executive Scientist and founder of Kenevir Research Labs in White City, Oregon that currently serves Oregon Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, producers and consumers with laboratory services and consulting for cannabis and cannabis businesses. He received his Ph.D from Oregon State University in Molecular & Cellular Biology with an emphasis on biochemistry, metabolism and nutrition.
He brings over 15 years of natural product research, quality assurance, product development, GMP manufacturing, FDA & regulatory experience and analytical expertise to Signal Bay’s team.
