SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LiveRamp™, an Acxiom® company (NASDAQ: ACXM) and leading provider of data onboarding and connectivity services, today named former Google head of university recruiting Vincent Lim as head of talent, and appointed industry veteran Richard Foster as UK managing director. Both executives will be tasked with aggressively scaling LiveRamp to meet rising demand for open services that connect the digital marketing ecosystem.
Lim will be responsible for talent strategies that ensure LiveRamp continues to attract and retain extraordinary people to support the company’s rapid expansion as part of the Acxiom Connectivity division which experienced 300% annual revenue growth in its fiscal 2016 first quarter. Joining on the heels of the recent LiveRamp Customer Link launch, Lim will oversee LiveRamp’s organizational growth while maintaining the company’s culture of ownership, trust and collaboration.
Prior to LiveRamp, Lim was head of university recruiting at Google, where he led a national team of university outreach specialists and grew campus hires by three-fold over a four-year period. Before that, Lim served as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company.
Richard Foster will join the LiveRamp team to establish LiveRamp’s market presence in the UK and will be tasked with creating demand for LiveRamp’s suite of data connectivity services as well as forming strategic partnerships with top marketing technology and services businesses.
Foster joins the company from Intelligent Optimisations, where he was chief commercial officer. He previously launched and scaled several digital marketing businesses in Europe during his tenure as European managing director at DMP provider Krux, UK managing director for privacy leader TRUSTe and UK managing director for DMP / DSP provider Audience Science.
