Press Ganey Receives CMS Approval to Administer the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) CAHPS Survey

Nation’s Largest CAHPS Administrator Launches Solution to Help Medical Groups Meet Quality Reporting Requirements

BOSTON--()--Press Ganey Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:PGND) today announced the launch of its Physician Quality Reporting System Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (PQRS CAHPS) survey solution, further expanding its portfolio of industry-leading CAHPS offerings. Press Ganey, a leading provider of patient experience measurement, performance analytics and strategic advisory solutions for healthcare organizations across the continuum of care, has received approval from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to administer the 2015 - 2016 PQRS CAHPS Survey.

PQRS CAHPS survey administration will take place between November 2015 and February 2016, but participating groups must select a CMS-authorized vendor to administer the survey by September 22, 2015. To work with Press Ganey on PQRS CAHPS administration, practices must make their selection by September 15, 2015.
