CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce Ashley Mueller and Paula Gallito Shakelton have joined the firm’s Cleveland office as Associates.
Both Mueller and Shakelton are members of the firm’s Commercial Litigation team, which continues to expand to serve corporate clients in Ohio, and countrywide.

Mueller’s practice includes a variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on representing banks, mortgage companies, and servicers. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law in 2009.
Shakelton’s practice includes mortgage banking litigation, consumer financial services litigation, commercial and business disputes, contract litigation, and tort and negligence actions. She is a 2003 graduate of the Emory University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, and was selected to the Order of the Coif. At Emory, Shakelton was a Woodruff Fellow and a member of the Emory Law Journal.
McGlinchey Stafford’s Cleveland office, opened in 2001, has grown to 19 attorneys who focus on financial services, commercial litigation, and transactional matters.
